Our Commitment to Ethics
Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct, Computer Network Systems’ compliance programme is designed to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct outlines the values, principles and guidelines that govern our business practices to ensure that all our employees, partners, investors, and stakeholders understand how we do business and what they can expect of us. These standards are aimed at maintaining our reputation and trust.
It is designed to assist all our stakeholders with practical guidance and illustrative examples aimed at navigating difficult situations which might be encountered across daily work. It also highlights Computer Network Systems’ policies and relevant legal regulations, which provide essential context for many of the topics addressed in our Code and Compliance programme.
Regulatory Compliance
We are committed to complying with all relevant regulations and laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. This includes, but is not limited to:
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data must be processed for valid legal reasons, which include:
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
International anti-corruption laws govern all our operations. It is impermissible to offer, provide, authorise, or receive any form of bribe or kickback, whether directed towards public officials or private individuals. Furthermore, we do not engage third parties to undertake actions that we are not permitted to execute ourselves.
Environmental Regulations
As a responsible corporate citizen, we acknowledge our ongoing duty to the environment and the importance of actively participating in the protection and enhancement of our natural resources. We aim to minimise our environmental impact while fostering sustainability for future generations.
Reporting and Accountability
Employees are encouraged to “Speak Up” and seek clarification about their responsibilities while also feeling comfortable reporting any concerns or instances of non-compliance to their supervisor, Human Resources, Legal, or Internal Audit.

All employees engage in introductory and ongoing ethics and compliance training to ensure alignment with our Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
