- The Project was completed with achievement of all Goals, Objectives, and Envisaged Benefits without compromising the PMI Iron Triangle resulting in Client Delight.
- We had executed detailed diligence on all the customizations and suggested moving to Base Product, wherever feasible, using Configuration Tools.
- The archaic COBOL Customizations were successfully migrated to most recent Java version to ease future operation and maintenance of customization.
- Trained End Users in mastering the New Features of the System.
